I bought some tickets, but I didn't receive them

Usually, orders placed through the web are automatically confirmed.

In other cases, for reasons of limited capacity of the establishments where the respective events are held, the answer is done manually, to ensure you attend the event and, therefore, a satisfactory shopping experience. In these cases, the response may take 1 to 8 hours (depending on the schedule). If after this time you have not received a response, please contact our customer service that we indicate on the main page.


How to submit my tickets?

Once the ticket purchase process is finished, you will receive an email with the tickets in your email. You can present it on your smartphone, tablet or any other digital device, or if you prefer you can present them in print.


How do I know that my payment is safe?

All payments made are processed by the Redsys system, which works with a large number of Spanish banks. Among them is the BBVA entity, with which we work. Córdobatickets does not have any access to your credit card information.


Are cancellations or changes allowed in my order?

Cancellations or changes in the order are not accepted in general. Despite this, we will try our best to solve any problem you may have and we will be happy to help you in everything and everything in our power.


Is my personal information safe?

The privacy policy of Córdobatickets, ensures that we do not sell, under any circumstances, information to third parties. Only, we provide the data of your reservation to the corresponding suppliers, to ensure their presence in the different events and improve your shopping experience.
